Yes! Free street parking is available in front of the house, Sandy Union has parking in the driveway, Sandy Paws has private parking in the rear of the house accessible through the ally.

All of our homes are pet-friendly. Please confirm in the listing details. There are pet fees and limitations.

Do you provide linens and towels?

Absolutely—all beds come with fresh linens, and towels are provided for each guest.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, all homes include high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for working remotely or streaming. You will receive the passwords with check in instructions.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes! You’ll find cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, and more—ready for family meals or a romantic dinner in.

Cape Charles Town Beach is walkable (5 minutes walk from Lincoln and Kennedy). Sandy Union is about 15 minute walk so weve included a golf cart to make trips even easier.

Where are the best restaurants nearby?
