Day 1 – Friday Evening
- Arrival & Welcome Pour
- Check into your Cape Charles rental.
- Start with a chilled bottle of local wine from Chatham Vineyards waiting in your home as a welcome gift.
- Craft Brews
- Visit Cape Charles Brewing Company for a hearty dinner. Try their Assateague IPA or Brown Dog Ale.
- Outdoor fire pit if weather permits, or cozy up inside.
- Evening Walk & Dinner
- Sunset stroll along Bay Avenue beach.
- Dinner at The Oyster Farm – pair oysters with Virginia craft beer or a crisp Chardonnay.
Day 2 – Saturday – Full Tasting Tour
- Afternoon Vineyard Escape
- Head to Chatham Vineyards & Winery (20 min drive). Stroll the vines, enjoy a flight of reds and whites, and pair with local cheeses.
- Add-on option: Kayak Wine Paddle (seasonal) – guided paddle ending at the vineyard.
- Evening Kick-Off: Distillery walk to Cape Charles Distillery (downtown)
- Sip small-batch bourbon, gin, or whiskey flights. Must go to their roof top deck (happy hour martinis is 4-6)
- Behind-the-barrel tour with tasting notes.
Day 3 – Sunday Send-Off
- Brunch with Bubbles
